Hey fellow vendors! Anyone have a conference prep checklist you would like to share? What's important to have in your booth? What's critical to have on hand for an excellent conference experience?
If you are a vendor at the ICF Conference and would like to share your planning checklist, please click on the comment link below. Thanks!

I'll be exhibiting again this year, and have a fairly long checklist of items I've been getting ready for my booth. For example: company banner, posterboard, marketing literature and business cards, display stands, plenty of books and audios for sale, price list, order forms, receipts, newsletter signup forms, box to collect business cards, many extra pens, calculator, tape, stapler, bookmarks, magnets, and buttons to give away, and ... candy, candy, and more candy.

I'm not a vendor at ICF, but several months ago, after being an exhibitor at the Entrpreneur Expo in Dallas, I wrote an article, Top 10 Tradeshow Success Secrets. You can read it online at: http://www.onlinebizcoachingcompany.com/articles/tradeshowsecrets.htm
